30 Wordle games in 30 days.

A challenge to design a Wordle variant game every day for a month. Feel free to play around and hope you get to enjoy playing some of these as much as I enjoyed designing them.

Day 1 Bundle Each guess bundles a letter into the next. Day 2 Subtle Every guess scores its closeness to the answer out of 100. Day 3 Wobble Each guess wobbles, four letter guesses, five letter answer. Day 4 Toggle Five toggles hide a pattern — score 5/5 to win. Day 5 Meddle Two secret words, one board — each tile shows the better clue. Day 6 Crumble Tiles drop and score. Green survive, yellows cancel and grey crumbles. Day 7 Bubble Letters blow into bubbles. Strays pop, neighbors connect into a chain. Day 8 Swivel Two wordles at right angle share guesses and clues. Day 9 Stifle Every letter you play is stifled for the next guess. Day 10 Hustle Unlimited guesses, hustle for a faster score. Day 11 Castle Clues breach the walls from the outside in. Day 12 Encircle The words start at any slot and circles around. Day 13 Dawdle Clues dawdle and come late, first yellow then green. Day 14 Couple One guess couples to the next: last letter locks to the next one's first. Day 15 Muddle A honeycomb of hexes; the short rows' clues muddle the two columns. Day 16 Peddle Letters cost money, clues pay you back. Peddle guesses and win before bankruptcy. Day 17 Fiddle Every guess keeps 3 letters of the one before. Fiddle your way to the word. Day 18 Cycle Guesses alternate green-only and yellow-only clues, round and round. Day 19 Findle A wordle word search. Use the color clues to find the word. Day 20 Scramble Every guess gets scrambled in its own way. Day 21 Tuple Each guess returns with tuple of [yellows, greens]. Day 22 Middle Every letter tells its clue based off of its place in the alphabet. Day 23 Mingle Tiles never show their true colors — their outlines score the neighbors. Day 24 Quartile Four columns, five-letter guesses. Extra letters wrap to new columns. Day 25 Dividle Every guess is cut in two — each side only clues its own half of the answer. Day 26 Triple Three wordles crossed through one honeycomb — every guess carries over to the next board. Day 27 Ordinal Every guess lands in alphabetical order — the sorted letters are what get judged. Day 28 Aisle The wordle is divided by an aisle with letters taking sides. Day 29 Idle The alphabet scrolls as you idle — one shot to nail the word. Day 30 Gamble Normal wordle — but clues have a cost. Gamble your clue budget wisely.
